We take care of Smoky Mountain events from conception to clean up, but the real smoke show – our pigs. Locally raised and sourced, we work closely with farmers throughout East Tennessee to provide top-quality ingredients for top-notch events. Chef Rule set out with a clear mission: define East Tennessee in the world of whole hog barbecue and establish roots for this style of cooking.Smoked low and slow, our hogs are cooked to perfection then paired with homestyle sides. Contact us today to start creating your feast.For small events (30 people or less), we recommend reaching out at least 48 hours prior to the event. For large events (50 people or more), please allow 2-3 weeks to ensure we have the freshest ingredients lined up for your gathering.
